The National President leads OLICON’s national fellowship and works with executive officers, regional coordinators, and state chapters to strengthen unity and shared purpose.

OLICON’s national structure extends through state chapters across Nigeria — including communities such as Abuja, Anambra, Bayelsa, Delta, Edo, Imo, Kaduna, Enugu, Plateau, Kwara, Lagos, Niger, Ogun, Oyo, and Rivers. Chapter leadership is maintained separately from the National EXCO.
